On Your Mark...

Today is Sept 25.  Mom and I have gotten away, but not far away.  11 miles to be exact.  We are staying at a Bed and Breakfast in town that is about 90 years old.  Over the past week, mom and I have looked back a bit on our 20 years of marriage and the adventure it's been.

It's fun looking at pictures to remember old times but sometimes we forget what was going on when those pictures were taken.  My hope is this can be a journal to add to the pictures we will be looking back on some day.

Below is a picture Regan, Riley, and Reece will all recognize.  Rockmont!!  This year was my  7th year and the 12th and 13th trip to camp with y'all.  So many great memories.  My Fathers Pizza or some good Mexican topped off with Kilwins Icecream on the first night.  Then a day and a half of ziplining, BBs, .22s, canoeing and paddle boarding.  A tasty meal of grllled chicken, grilled corn, mac n cheese and chocolate chip cookies Sat night plus a huge dodgeball game or 9 square between dinner  and camp fire.  You each have your favorites and it's so fun to spend time with you at this beautiful place.
